Singapore Chilli Crab

Serves 4

"My Singapore Chilli Crab is a crowd favourite and one of my signature dishes that I know you'll just love." Says Sashi. 

JUST ADD

• 800g - 1kg fresh blue swimmer crab
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 box Sashi’s Secret Singaporean Chilli Home Chef Kit
• 3 tablespoon neutral oil (vegetable or grapeseed)

STEP 1

  • Place a sauce pan or wok over medium heat and add 3 tablespoons of neutral oil 

STEP 2

  • Add the crab and stir to ensure it’s all covered with the oil. Cover, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until all of the crab has changed. colour.

STEP 3

  • Add the chilli sauce from the Sashi’s Secret Singaporean Chilli Home Chef Kit and add to the saucepan, stir and cover.

STEP 4

  • After a few minutes, drizzle the beaten egg into the saucepan and stir until cooked.

STEP 5

  •  Plate and garnish with lemon wedges, coriander and sliced spring onions.
