Choose two bowls to cook your pies in, making sure they are both oven safe.
STEP 3
Taking a slightly larger bowl than what you will be cooking the pies in, trace a circle out of each sheet of pastry.
STEP 4
Fill both your bowls with the leftover Sashi’s Secret Malaysian Chicken Curry
and top each one with the pastry, press down firmly around the edge to seal it.
STEP 5
Generously brush both pies with the beaten egg before putting in the oven for 10–15minutes.
